| Why the Template Changes? | |
What? You mean you are surprised to find me at it again? You know I can never leave well enough alone. Actually, I was fairly satisfied with the previous template. It just so happens that I find the current one more to my liking.
What happened was I was ugrading from verison 1.4.1 of PixelPost to version 1.4.2. This new template (Simple) was included, so I gave it a test run. I like how the image notes and EXIF data are below the image. On the old template I bet no one ever read what I wrote unless they meant to make a comment. And since I get very few comments…
At some point I will get around to styling this blog page so that the header matches the PixelPost pages. I am in no hurry though.
Cool new feature: Style Switcher (check it out at the bottom of one of the other pages)

dude, how many blogs does one man need? this is getting overwhelming…
With just a little tweaking you can have you blog sound AND look like Chromasia :p
I like seeing the comments on the photoblog. Not that concerned with the exif unless it is an unusual shot but what the heck?! I just hope you dont get pooped out on this stuff before I can get you working on mine
First Matt, then Dave and now you, Bob! The photoblog exists in a world apart from my family blog and personal soap box blog. You can get here from there, but not vice versa. The traffic I hope and expect to get here is totally different from the Chattanooga crowd.
Unless you’re into photography, there’s no need to keep up with this one.
Matt, I’m going to pass on that idea. I don’t want to get flammed by people when I make comments on djn’s blog! Did you hear what they did to the guy who had www.chromablog.com? He totally ripped off the template without asking.
I think I’m going to make the Chromaticus title an image with that little tri-color thingy to give it a little distinction. I really like the dark template, too, with certain photos. I wish there was a way to set it specifically for an image.
Don’t worry, I won’t burn out yet.
